Hi, I’m Daniele and I love being a General Manager. Prior to joining Richdale, I worked at Del Frisco’s Steak House. When I decided to find a position where I would no longer be nocturnal and could work primarily during daylight hours, I joined the Richdale Team as a Leasing Professional. I was so excited to dive into the property management industry and it showed when I was quickly promoted to General Manager. What I love most is that we are family owned and operated and the culture certainly reflects this. Furthermore, there is never a dull moment and I am always learning something new. The highlight of my position is having the chance to mentor others. When the members on my team are successful, I am successful!
Hi, I’m Ryan. After graduation, I was recruited by a large finance company which was at the time my dream job. I soon learned though that the name on the letterhead was the only thing that was exciting about my company. I used to down my double espresso just to stay awake through my long, endless days at the bank watching the clock go tick-tock as I calculated how many more hours till Friday. It was during a case of the “Mondays” seven years ago that I decided to seek bigger (and better) opportunities. I started out as a Resident Relations Customer Service Specialist and then was given the opportunity to manage the entire team. Next, I was put in charge of a new strategic business development division and have since been on the fast-track up the corporate ladder. Today, I oversee a large team and am responsible for business-to-business partnerships. I get to interface with senior management and make decisions that drive revenue and improve service to the resident customers nationwide.
My name is Caryn and I’m a Senior Property Manager. Prior to joining the Richdale Team I was in Restaurant Management for an upscale steakhouse. Eventually I decided to “steak” out a new profession and discovered leasing. Leasing was the perfect marriage of sales and customer service and it allowed me to work in a fast-paced environment without having a serving tray attached to my hand and food spilled all over my clothes. Pretty soon I was promoted to General Manager of one of our luxury properties and in my five years, I have continued to get promoted and take on additional responsibilities. What I love most about my position is that we are a family owned company and I have lots of interaction with our owners. I really get to see how much they not only care about the properties, but also their associates.
Hi I’m Wanda and I am going on 18 years at Richdale. Prior to joining Richdale, I was a Store Manager at Target Corp. While my position was great, I decided to ditch the red vest and seek new opportunities outside of retail. I started out in the purchasing department and quickly excelled. Noticing my knack for detail and my obsession for staying organized, I transitioned into a property management role where I was in charge of all Maintenance and Leasing. As the company grew, I grew too, gaining new communities and soon cities to manage. As a regional manager, I love that we are building new properties because I really get to be involved with the design and development process. We build, own, and manage our communities and it’s so much fun seeing the latest and greatest Richdale community come to market. What is the best part of working here? Every day is different and there is always a new challenge.
