Move-in Resources

Our move-in resources section is designed to help you find the answers you need quickly about your new Richdale apartment. Select your community from the list below to find information about the neighborhood. Learn about the local schools, change your address, connect your utilities, print maps of the property to give to your movers, and find must-have numbers, like one to the pizza delivery restaurant close to your new apartment.

Once you have completed an application for residency and paid any required fees and deposits, our leasing team will immediately forward your application to our resident screening team in our corporate office for review. Help us speed up the processing of your application by providing us with:

*copies of paystubs
*offer letters from employers
*other financial documents, i.e. bank statements

Delays in the approval process can occur when contacts to verify rental and employment history are difficult to reach. Please be sure all information provided on the application is complete and current.
