Must be willing to relocate to one of the following cities:

HVAC certified (preferred)

3-5 years relevant experience

Ability to consistently display a positive attitude

Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

Excellent interpersonal skills—will communicate with residents, management, vendors, and contractors
A Bit About the Role

Respond to service requests including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), pool, and appliances in a timely manner

Perform preventative maintenance on equipment

Ability to identify hazardous conditions and correct them immediately

Provide the best quality customer service to our residents

Snow Removal
-
Monday-Friday schedule with rotating on-call hours
