Water Services Reservations

We have apartments available for residents in buildings without water to use water services (shower, restroom). 30 minute time slots will be available starting at 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM. You must bring your own towel and toiletries (shampoo, soap, toilet paper, etc.). Please contact the office to schedule.

Beginning Feb. 21, any Plano residents can take a shower free of charge at Carpenter Park and Tom Muehlenbeck Recreation Centers, as well as the Plano Aquatic Center.

Face masks and proof of residency will be required to enter the recreation centers, a release from the city said. Staff will take down personal information, as well as a check-in time, and residents are asked to check out when finished using the facilities. Those who use the facilities are encouraged to bring their own personal toiletries, including towels, wash cloths and items like shampoo, per the release.

Water Fill-up Stations

Domestic water fill-up is available. Please call the Leasing Office for locations. You must bring your own containers.

The City of Plano is operating a contactless drive-through bottled water distribution site at the Plano Event Center, Saturday through Monday, Noon - 6:00 PM each day. The distribution effort is designed to help meet the needs of our residents whose water was shut off after their pipes burst. Enter from Spring Creek Parkway. The distribution takes place at the drive-up atrium on the north side of the event center, facing Spring Creek Parkway.

The City of Plano’s current water distribution site at Grace Church Plano is also open from 8:00 AM to Noon. The church is located at 3301 Preston Road.

The following recreation centers will be open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, daily. Up to five gallons are allowed per household and residents must bring their own containers:

February 25th: The Dallas Office of Emergency Management will have 4 points of distribution of bottled water. The hours will be from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
