Move-in day will be a busy and exciting time for you. To make sure everything goes smoothly, contact the Leasing Office a few days in advance and set-up a move-in appointment for your lease signing. Setting an appointment allows you to more accurately schedule movers and other appointments necessary to set up your new home.
The standard security deposit is withdrawn upon approval from the original method of payment. You will be notified if the payment was not successful. If you were conditionally approved with an increased security deposit, the remaining balance is due in certified funds (cashier’s check/money order) prior to receiving keys to your new apartment home. Certified funds will be scanned through Resident app. We DO NOT ACCEPT cash as form of payment.
Move-in funds and monthly rent can be paid the following ways:

Electronically on www.MyRichdale.com or via the Resident App with cashier’s check, money order, personal check, ACH and credit/debit card.

Checks should be made payable to your apartment community.

WIPS (Walk-In Payment System): Present cash and your WIPS card at a participating store near you. To get started, stop by the Leasing Office to receive a WIPS card.
If you have questions about the amount of funds due at Move-In, please call the Leasing Office. After you pay move-in funds, monthly rent is due on the first of the month.

Please be respectful of your neighbors and adhere to our quiet hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This includes laundry, use of exercise equipment/jumping, and moving in/out large furniture.
