Ingredients: • Strawberry Sorbet • Chilled Prosecco (or champagne or ginger ale or soda) • Diced fresh strawberries and/or sliced strawberries for garnishing the glass, optional
Directions: 1. Place a few small scoops of sorbet in a glass. 2. Pour chilled Prosecco, champagne, ginger ale or soda over the top. 3. Sprinkle with diced strawberries, if desired, and serve immediately.
